Ducati Bronco 1964

Ducati 125cc Bronco 1964. The Bronco was made for the American market and was not imported to the UK.

The Ducati Bronco was made from 1960 to 1966 and was very popular motorcycle in the US.

Looks like a two stroke, but no, this is a 125cc four stroke OHV pushrod motor. The factory offered a high performance camshaft as a optional extra.

This little Ducati is completely original, has all the original paint which is faded and the tyres are the original and is a complete motorcycle.

The Speedo shows 8572 miles, the motor is free with good compression and the 4 gears select OK. The kick start lever-bolt has a factory wire and seal which is still intact showing the motor has not been disturbed from new.

The petrol tank is a lovely jelly mould shape and is very clean inside.

This is a very rare model in the UK, I have never seen another (none in Mick Walkers book) With being so original would you restore or just refresh. The silencer and exhaust and footrest rubbers are available the rest of the chrome should clean-up to a decent standard.

This Ducati has been imported from the US and will require registering if going to be used on the road.

This little interesting Ducati must be a worthy addition to your collection.
