Honda CB250 K4 1974. This Honda was first registered on 21st February 1974
This Honda has stood unused in a garden shed since 1988 when the bike was last taxed and will require restoration.
The Honda is all original including the Gold paintwork.
All the chrome has a covering of rust, the paint on the motor is flaking and the Honda is scruffy. The motor turns over freely and smoothly and has good compression.
The rare to find guards are pretty sound and I feel they will re-chrome, the silencers are a little past it, I suppose they may be repairable. The Speedo and tachometer are good. No broken fins on the motor. All the cables are free and the brakes, the wheels spin freely.
The Speedo shows 18,256 miles, have the V5 registration document, manual and original key.
I am offering this Honda in exactly the condition I found the bike, as I thought that is how the new owner/restorer would like to see this bike, have not cleaned or even dusted off the Honda, all I have done is lubricated the cylinders through the spark plug holes.
These Gold CB250 K4 models were very popular and are a very good motorcycle, this Honda deserves to find a loving new owner.
